TUSCALOOSA, AL — May 7, 2024 — Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority (PARA), in partnership with DCH Health System, invites you to experience Grapes on the Green, an exceptional culinary journey set amidst the picturesque backdrop of the award-winning Ol’ Colony Golf Course. This extraordinary event is designed to support women’s health initiatives and promises an unforgettable evening of fine dining and fellowship for a cause. The event takes place during Tuscaloosa's 2nd annual Restaurant Week.
On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 100 couples will enjoy specially selected culinary bites and wine pairings on nine of Ol' Colony's breathtaking greens. Tickets are available now and are first come, first serve. They will sell out fast, as the event has already reached over 40% capacity!
Nine of Tuscaloosa’s most esteemed restaurants, including River, Avenue Pub, Wine Market, The Globe Etcetera, Central Mesa, Southern Ale House, Brown's Corner, HalfShell Oyster House, and SUGO Italian, will come together to showcase their culinary mastery. Each couple will have the unique opportunity to drive their own private golf cart to each hole, where they will be treated to expertly crafted dishes, thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines.
Guests will not only delight in the fusion of flavors but also enjoy live music and engage in friendly competition with entertaining golf-themed games with coveted prizes from local partners and businesses.
